What are mystery Scoops and capsules?
A mystery scoop is a fun way to purchase a bundle of items. The curator will "scoop" beads out of a vessel and each bead will correspond to an item. That is the item that you receive. We have a minimum number of items for each scoop tier so that you will always get your moneys worth and more often then not you will likely get more then the minimum amount! Capsules are similar. a ball is chosen at random and inside it will say what item you receive. Capsules tend to have higher value items and/or Items of limited quantity.
Do you allow returns?
Due to the nature of mystery Scoops and mystery boxes in general we do not offer returns. We work with you and your preferences and will work hard not to send you anything you do not want. If something arrives damaged please reach out and we will make it right.
What is the cost for a video of my order being filled?
We believe that the video of your scoop being curated is part of the experience and at this time we have no plans to charge for videos. However there is the option to skip the video if you truly want to be surprised or if you want your items faster? Due to the time videos take it does make our processing time a little longer so if you opt out of the video at checkout then we can fill it while others are being edited and uploaded. Rest assured we will still scoop for every single order with or without a video and you will still receive a box curated just for you.
Are your handcrafted items REALLY handmade?
Yes. Any item we say is handcrafted was made by either myself, my daughter (who co-owns the shop with me) or another member of our family.
